Diversity - Good Business is about Valuing Diversity

To Book your place on Rikki Arundel's Good Business is about Diversity Seminar on June 3rd - or to find out more details - please click on the link below.

Good Business is about Diversity

Whilst at GenderShift our focus is on Gender equality, we are at the same time very much in the business of Valuing Diversity, which is why we are proud of our connection with the Hull and East Riding Diversity Trainers Network.

In 2007 Rikki Arundel was one of just 14 trainers in the region who were trained by Jane Elliott and Gillian Neish to deliver the Valuing Diversity programme based on Jane's blue eyes, brown eyes exercise, funded by Hull City Council as part of the Wilberforce Celebrations.

The network is self funded and trainers are drawn from the public sector, private sector and voluntary sector, working together to help change attitudes and create a more cohesive and tolerant society in the region.

The trainers work together to deliver the Valuing Diversity workshop throughout the region and individually also provide a variety of additional diversity training workshops.
